The company announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, STARPLUS CULTURE, has signed a sales contract with CLOUD FACTORY (02512). Under the agreement, CLOUD FACTORY, as a distributor, will purchase 5,000 quadruped robots from STARPLUS CULTURE at a total price exceeding RMB 100 million.

Unitree Robotics will be responsible for the product's technology, hardware R&D, production, and related application development. The product is expected to complete testing this year and enter mass production early next year.

The signing of this sales contract marks another significant milestone following the first batch of orders for the product on November 3, demonstrating continued market recognition of the group's IP empowerment capabilities.
