Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. announced that, effective 10 June 2026, two changes have been made to its board committees:

• Hu Yong, currently a non-executive director, has joined the Audit and Risk Management Committee. • Hu Shengyong, serving as the employee director, has been added to the Nomination Committee.

With Hu Yong’s appointment, the Audit and Risk Management Committee now meets the Hong Kong Listing Rule 3.21 requirement of having at least three members. No other adjustments have been made to any board committee memberships.

Following the latest changes, the board comprises: – Executive director: Cheng Suning – Non-executive directors: Hu Tianhe, Yan Chunxu, Hu Yong – Independent non-executive directors: Ouyang Jiejiao, Zheng Zhiming, Zhou Beihai – Employee director: Hu Shengyong
