LC LOGISTICS has announced the successful completion of its share placement. The settlement for the placement transaction occurred on June 22, 2026.

A total of 42,153,600 placement shares were issued at a price of HK$3.3 per share. These shares have been successfully placed with no fewer than six placees. The placees and their ultimate beneficial owners are independent third parties.

Following the completion of the placement, none of the placees have become a substantial shareholder of the company.
