THAC Group (Holdings) Limited (formerly known as Classified Group (Holdings) Limited) (stock code: 8232) has announced that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting in Hong Kong on February 26, 2026.

The Board will consider and approve the unaudited consolidated second interim results for the 12-month period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, and authorize the public release of these results through the official channels. During the meeting, the Board will also evaluate the possibility of declaring a dividend, review the need to close the register of members if required, and address any other relevant matters.
