Geo Energy Resources Limited (RE4) has issued and allotted 149,000 new ordinary shares on Apr, 17 2026 following the exercise of an equivalent number of options granted under the company’s Share Option Scheme.

The new shares rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares and are expected to begin trading on the Singapore Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on or around Apr, 21 2026.

With the issuance, Geo Energy Resources’ total share base increases from 1,780,225,593 to 1,780,374,593 ordinary shares, inclusive of 184,467 treasury shares.
