Toku Ltd. announced that Chief Financial Officer Christian Kenfor Wong acquired 100,000 ordinary shares through an open-market purchase on Jul, 31 2026.

The transaction cost approximately 0.02 million Singapore dollars and lifted Wong’s holding from 11.63 million shares (2.04%) to 11.73 million shares (2.06%) of the company’s 570.24 million issued shares.

The disclosure was made voluntarily, as Wong is neither a director nor a substantial shareholder under prevailing regulations.
