Bama Tea Buys Back 20,000 H Shares, Lifting Treasury Stock to 1.28 Million Units

Bama Tea Co., Ltd. (Bama Tea) disclosed that it repurchased 20,000 H shares on 24 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

• Transaction details: The buy-back was executed at prices ranging between HKD 29.00 and HKD 29.78 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 29.36 per share. Total consideration amounted to HKD 0.59 million.

• Impact on share capital: The company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell to 83.64 million shares from 83.66 million, a 0.02% reduction. Treasury shares rose to 1.28 million, keeping the total issued share count unchanged at 84.92 million.

• Repurchase mandate utilisation: Since shareholders granted a mandate on 21 April 2026 allowing repurchases of up to 5.30 million shares, Bama Tea has bought back 1.28 million shares, representing 2.42% of the company’s issued shares at the mandate date.

• Post-transaction restrictions: In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Bama Tea is barred from issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 24 October 2026.

The board confirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
