The healthcare services provider reported Q4 adjusted earnings per share of $0.33, more than double the $0.13 from the same period a year earlier, and exceeded analyst expectations of $0.35. Revenue for the quarter reached $3.55 billion, a 29.3% increase from $2.75 billion in Q4 2024 and surpassing the $3.38 billion forecast by analysts. The company also posted Q4 net income of $49.6 million, representing an 11.5-fold increase from $4.3 million a year earlier, while adjusted EBITDA grew 40.7% to $184 million.

BrightSpring provided robust guidance for 2026, projecting revenue between $14.45 billion and $15.00 billion, representing growth of 11.9% to 16.2% compared to 2025 results. The company also forecast adjusted EBITDA of $760 million to $790 million for 2026, indicating growth of 23.1% to 27.9%. The strong performance and optimistic outlook reflect the company's successful execution of its growth strategy and ongoing demand for its home and community-based health services.
