CGS has announced its decision to exercise the issuer's redemption right for the "21 Galaxy Y2" perpetual subordinated bond. The bond was originally issued by China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. on April 21, 2021. According to the bond's prospectus, the issuer holds the right to redeem the bond at its face value plus any accrued interest, including all deferred interest and additional interest, on the fifth interest payment date and on each subsequent interest payment date. The company has now opted to fully redeem the entire "21 Galaxy Y2" bond issue.
