Anhui Expressway Company Limited disclosed two board-level changes on 8 July 2026.

Resignation • Non-executive director Yang Jianguo has resigned with immediate effect due to a change in work arrangement. • His departure also ends his role on the Board’s audit committee. • The resignation leaves the Board with sufficient members to meet statutory requirements, and Yang confirmed no disagreements with the Board or issues requiring shareholder attention.

Proposed Election • The Board has nominated Liu Gang, born in 1978 and currently general manager of the capital operations department at China Merchants Expressway Network & Technology Holdings, to fill the vacant non-executive director seat for the tenth Board session. • Shareholders will vote on the appointment at the next general meeting; the term will run until the current Board’s mandate expires. • Liu will serve without remuneration. He holds a postgraduate degree, is a senior engineer, and sits on the board of Jiangsu Expressway Company Limited.
