ESR-REIT announced the appointment of David Alasdair William Matheson as an Alternate Director to Shen Jinchu, effective Apr, 24 2026. Matheson is authorised to attend, act and vote at Board and sub-committee meetings in Shen’s absence.

Non-executive director Stuart Gibson stepped down from the Nominating and Remuneration Committee on Mar, 16 2026 but remains on the Board.

With these adjustments, the Board retains nine directors, five of whom are independent. The composition of the Audit and Risk Committee, Nominating and Remuneration Committee, Investment Committee and Board Sustainability Committee has been updated accordingly.
