JINHUI HOLDINGS (00137) announced that its indirect subsidiary, Jinfeng Marine Inc., in which the company holds approximately 55.69% equity interest, entered into a shipbuilding contract with the seller, Jiangmen Nanyang Ship Engineering Co., Ltd., on December 9, 2025. Under the terms of the agreement, the seller will construct and sell the vessel for a contract price of $33.45 million (approximately HK$260 million). The vessel is scheduled for delivery to the buyer by October 31, 2028.
