International Cement Group Ltd (KUO) reported that revenue from continuing operations for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025 rose 47% year-on-year to 378.8 million Singapore dollars, driven by expanded market reach and higher margins in Kazakhstan and Tajikistan.

Net profit jumped more than 29-fold to 75.2 million Singapore dollars, while EBITDA increased to 122.3 million Singapore dollars. Earnings per share climbed to 1.046 Singapore cents, up from 0.002 Singapore cents in FY2024.

The Group’s net cash from operating activities grew 62% to 104.6 million Singapore dollars, supporting reinvestment, debt reduction and balance-sheet strengthening. Net assets stood at 353.5 million Singapore dollars, and equity attributable to owners rose to 305.7 million Singapore dollars, lifting net asset value per share to 5.33 Singapore cents.

Operationally, FY2025 marked the first full year of contributions from the Korcem plant in Kazakhstan, which added 1.5 million tonnes of annual capacity and helped lift total Group capacity to 5.5 million tonnes. The company also commenced cement exports to Kyrgyzstan and recorded the first profitable year at its Sharcem plant following operational improvements.

Looking ahead, International Cement Group cited ongoing infrastructure programs in Kazakhstan, including the Nurly Zhol initiative and the G4 City development, as well as projects such as Tajikistan’s Rogun Dam, as key drivers of regional cement demand. The Group plans to continue integrating the Korcem plant, deepen distributor relationships, and prioritise cost control to reduce approximately 106 million US dollars of debt owed to EPC contractors.
