Johnson clinches HK$230.00 million FEHD street-cleansing mandate and HK$25.00 million public-transport security contract

Hong Kong Johnson Holdings Co., Ltd. (Johnson) has announced two new service awards that will expand its government and commercial portfolios.

Johnson Cleaning Services Company Limited, an indirect wholly owned unit, secured a three-year street-cleansing services contract from the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department for specific outlying islands. The mandate, commencing 1 April 2026, carries a total value of approximately HK$230.00 million.

Wyson Security Services Limited, another wholly owned subsidiary, was granted a three-year security-services contract by a major Hong Kong public-transport operator. The engagement began on 1 March 2026 and is valued at about HK$25.00 million.

The Board emphasised that the stated contract sums may be adjusted under the relevant terms and should not be viewed as definitive indicators of future performance. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to act cautiously when dealing in the company’s securities.
