Comba Telecom Systems Holdings Limited announced that on Jan, 7 2026 it issued 50,000 new ordinary shares following the exercise of employee share options granted under the company’s share option scheme adopted on Jun, 3 2013.

The new shares were allotted at HK$2.03 each, increasing Comba Telecom’s outstanding share capital (excluding treasury shares) to 3,133,565,722 from 3,133,515,722.

The board confirmed that all regulatory and listing rule requirements were met and that full payment for the shares had been received.
