China In-Tech (00464) has announced the appointment of a new Technical Director, effective December 2025. The primary responsibilities of the new Technical Director will include leading the Group's technical team in the design, development, and maintenance of an advanced online platform. This platform will leverage Web3.0 and other relevant technologies to support the sale and top-up of virtual digital products.

The Technical Director holds a degree in Software Engineering from Tsinghua University and has previously held senior technical and management positions at other companies, including Chief Technology Officer and Senior System Architect. He brings over 20 years of software development experience, with more than eight years specifically focused on blockchain technology and the blockchain ecosystem.

The Board of Directors believes the Technical Director's expertise will be beneficial for the Company's future development. The Company will continue to seek out and recruit outstanding professional talent to further strengthen its technical capabilities.
