PERSISTENCEGOLD (02489) has announced a board restructuring. Dr. Malaihollo Jeffrey Francis A will transition from his role as an independent non-executive director to an executive director. This change will take effect on April 8, 2026.

Following his new appointment, Dr. Malaihollo Jeffrey Francis A will step down from his positions as a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee.

In a related move, Ms. Liu Li, an independent non-executive director, will be appointed as a member of both the audit committee and the nomination committee. These appointments will also be effective from April 8, 2026.
