Emperador Inc. (EMI) reported that its affiliate, The Andresons Group, Incorporated, sold 3,000,000 common shares of Emperador to Alliance Global Group, Inc. on Oct, 23 2025.

The shares changed hands at 15.86 per share. After the sale, The Andresons Group retains 129,000,000 Emperador shares, equivalent to about 0.82 % of the company’s outstanding stock.

Emperador said no further information was available regarding the transaction.
