Excellence Commercial Property & Facilities Management Group Limited (Stock Code: 6989) announced the appointment of Mr. Wang Meng as Joint Company Secretary effective 10 February 2026. He currently serves as the general manager of the Investment Management Department and heads the Investor Relations and Securities Affairs Department, overseeing the company's investment, post-investment management, new business incubation, listing compliance matters, and capital market relations. His experience includes senior roles in investment and mergers and acquisitions at other listed property services groups, leading and participating in projects amounting to several billion RMB. Ms. Ching Shuk Wah Shirley, an assistant manager of SWCS Corporate Services Group (Hong Kong) Limited and a member of The Chartered Governance Institute and The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute, will remain as the other Joint Company Secretary.

Mr. Wang has been granted a waiver from strict compliance with Rules 3.28 and 8.17 of the Listing Rules by the Stock Exchange for a three-year term from the date of his appointment, on the condition that he is assisted by Ms. Ching. The waiver may be revoked if there are material breaches of the Listing Rules, and before the end of the three-year period, the company must demonstrate that Mr. Wang is capable of independently fulfilling the obligations required under the Listing Rules.
