Kingsmen Creatives announced on Jan, 25 2026 that the Court of Malaya at Johor Bahru has granted applications by its subsidiary Kingsmen Projects Sdn. Bhd. and two related individuals to strike out a claim brought by AS Cleaning Equipment (M) Sdn. Bhd.

The court also ordered AS Cleaning to pay costs of RM 6,000. The claim had been the subject of a counter-suit filed on Apr, 20 2025, according to earlier disclosures.

The company advised shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution and to consult professional advisers if in doubt.
