STAR CM Holdings Limited disclosed a repurchase of 1,600 ordinary shares on 18 June 2026, buying back the stock on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HKD 0.79 per share. The transaction cost totaled HKD 1,366.15 and the repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock.

Following the operation, STAR CM’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased marginally to 398.47 million shares, down 0.0004%. Treasury shares outstanding rose to 68,900, while the company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 398.54 million.

The buyback was executed under the general mandate approved on 18 June 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 39.85 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 68,900 shares, representing 0.0173% of the issued share base at the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, STAR CM is subject to a 30-day moratorium—up to 18 July 2026—on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares following this repurchase. The board confirms that the transaction complied with all relevant regulatory requirements and that all funds payable have been settled.
