CBK Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 8428) announced that the Board has appointed Mr. Lin Shixing as an executive Director, effective from 27 November 2025. Mr. Lin, aged 49, has approximately 21 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, including general manager roles at several wine companies since 2016. He also held prior roles with various liquor enterprises and served as an executive director of Prime Intelligence Solutions Group Limited (Stock Code: 8379) from December 2023 to September 2025.

According to the announcement, Mr. Lin has entered into a letter of appointment with CBK Holdings Limited, which may be terminated by either party upon one month’s written notice. He will be subject to retirement by rotation and re-election under the Company’s Articles of Association. The Board specified an annual emolument of HK$120,000 for his role, referencing prevailing market conditions, qualifications, and responsibilities.
