Tongda Hong Tai Holdings Limited (stock code: 2363) announced key changes effective 2 December 2025. Mr. Lee King On Jeff resigned as Board Chairman, Executive Director, Company Secretary, and Authorized Representative due to personal commitments. Mr. Lee indicated no disagreement with the company or board.

Mr. Chan Shiu Man has been appointed as Board Chairman and redesignated from Independent Non-Executive Director to Executive Director. He also serves as Company Secretary and will receive an annual remuneration of HK$216,000, plus a performance bonus as determined by the board. The change results in Ms. Kwok Sau King Tina assuming the role of chairlady of the Audit Committee, while Mr. Chan Luk On takes over as the Company’s Authorized Representative.

Mr. Chan Shiu Man is a certified public accountant in Hong Kong and holds a master’s degree in finance from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He has over 30 years of experience in financial management, corporate restructuring, and project financing across the United States, Europe, Japan, and the People’s Republic of China. All newly appointed members are subject to retirement by rotation and re-election in accordance with the company’s Articles of Association.
