Jiumaojiu International Holdings Limited (JIUMAOJIU) disclosed in its Next Day Disclosure Return (22 May 2026) that it repurchased 682,000 ordinary shares on 22 May 2026 via on-market transactions at prices ranging between HKD 1.52 and HKD 1.57 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 1.06 million. The volume-weighted average price is roughly HKD 1.55 per share.

The company’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 1.39 billion shares as of 22 May 2026; however, buy-backs conducted between 30 December 2025 and 22 May 2026 now amount to 49.17 million shares that are “repurchased for cancellation but not yet cancelled.” This represents approximately 3.53% of the current issued share base and will reduce the share count once formal cancellation is completed.

Under the shareholder mandate granted on 6 June 2025, JIUMAOJIU is authorised to repurchase up to 139.76 million shares. To date, the company has repurchased 55.02 million shares, equivalent to 3.94% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date, leaving capacity for a further 84.74 million shares. Following the latest transaction, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium—ending 21 June 2026—before any new share issuance or treasury share sale can occur, in line with Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06(3)(a).

All repurchases were conducted in compliance with the Listing Rules, and the board confirms that requisite authorisations and regulatory filings have been satisfied.
