On April 29, a shareholder of MEXAN Holdings (00022) moved shares from Hung Chi Securities to Citibank, with the transferred shares valued at approximately HK$7.81 million, accounting for 5.93% of the holdings. Earlier, on April 10, MEXAN Holdings announced that its controlling shareholder, Winland Wealth (BVI) Limited, had completed the placement of existing shares. The board was informed that the entire lot of 1.327 billion shares, representing about 67.47% of the company's issued share capital and the entirety of the seller's holdings prior to completion, had been successfully placed with no fewer than six placees by the placing agent under the placement agreement. Settlement for all placed shares occurred on April 9, 2026.
