Hong Kong Stock Exchange filings reveal a significant shift in shareholding for COLOUR LIFE (01778) on July 30, with a total transfer market value of HK$28.4563 million, representing 10% of the company's shares.

The company's shareholders transferred 186 million shares to UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong), while the same number of shares were moved out from FIRST SHANGHAI securities firm.

In its latest annual results for the year ending December 31, 2025, COLOUR LIFE reported service revenue of RMB 2.097 billion, a 7.5% increase year-over-year. Net profit attributable to the company's owners reached RMB 23.987 million, up 26.6% from the previous year, with basic earnings per share of 1.35 fen. The revenue growth was primarily driven by an 8.1% increase in property management service revenue during the 2025 fiscal year.
