Guangdong Kanghua Healthcare Group Co., Ltd. (3689) announced that a non-executive director, Mr. Lv Yubo, has tendered his resignation to focus on other endeavours. The resignation will take effect on 17 October 2025. In the same announcement, the company confirmed that on 17 October 2025, it appointed Mr. Jiang Xiwen as a non-executive director for an initial term ending at the next annual general meeting. According to publicly available information, Mr. Jiang is 43 years old, has served as a research fellow at the School of Basic Medical Sciences of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University, and holds a doctorate in Microbiology from The University of Hong Kong. He will receive a fixed annual director’s fee of RMB120,000.
