Eastroc Beverage (Group) Co., Ltd. reported a net issuance of 3.87 million H-shares during March 2026, lifting its total H-share capital to 44.76 million shares. The increase arose from the partial exercise of the over-allotment option on 4 March at HKD 248 per share.

Including 520.01 million A-shares listed in Shanghai, the group’s authorised share capital stood at 564.77 million shares at month-end. No changes occurred in A-share capital, and Eastroc held no treasury shares.

The company confirmed compliance with Hong Kong’s public-float requirement. As of 31 March 2026, H-shares in public hands represented 7.92% of the class, equivalent to a market value of HKD 10.97 billion.

There were no outstanding share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity arrangements disclosed for the month.
