Prime US REIT announced on Mar, 27 2026 that its cash distribution of US 0.25 cents per unit for the period from Oct, 6 2025 to Dec, 31 2025 will be paid on Mar, 31 2026.

Unitholders who have not elected to receive the payout in U.S. dollars will be paid in Singapore dollars, using an exchange rate of US$1 = 1.2791 Singapore dollars, the buy rate recorded on Mar, 27 2026. Investors who opted for U.S. dollar payment will receive US 0.25 cents per unit.
