Prime Intelligence Solutions Group Limited (Stock Code: 8379) has changed its dual foreign name in Chinese from “懶豬科技集團有限公司” to “盈證國際控股有限公司.” The relevant special resolution was passed on 22 September 2025, and the authority in the Cayman Islands issued the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name with effect from 29 September 2025. The Companies Registry in Hong Kong subsequently registered the change on 3 November 2025.

Effective 5 December 2025, the Company’s Chinese short name for trading on the GEM of the Stock Exchange will transition from “懶豬科技” to “盈證國際.” The English stock short name and stock code remain unchanged as “PRIME INTEL” and “8379” respectively.

According to the announcement, the name change does not affect the Group’s daily business operations nor the rights of shareholders. Existing share certificates remain valid for trading, settlement, registration, and delivery without requiring exchange for new certificates. The announcement also states that the Company’s New Memorandum and Articles of Association came into effect on 29 September 2025, reflecting the updated Chinese company name.
