Lianlian DigiTech Co., Ltd. (02598) announced that as of 20 February 2026, its issued ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) changed from 442.72 million on 16 February 2026 to 442.71 million. Two share issuances were completed: 0.05 million shares at RMB 2.96 under the 2021 Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme and 0.06 million shares at RMB 5 under the 2023 Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme.

In addition, 0.12 million shares were repurchased on 20 February 2026 at an average price of HKD 7.28, increasing the company’s treasury shares from 20.79 million to 20.91 million. As a result, the total number of issued shares (including treasury shares) rose to 463.62 million.

The repurchase occurred under the mandate approved on 06 June 2025, which authorized the repurchase of up to 41.79 million shares. As of 20 February 2026, 20.14 million shares (4.82% of the then-issued share capital) have been repurchased. A 30-day moratorium period for new share issuances or sales of treasury shares remains in place until 22 March 2026.
