Top Glove Corporation Bhd announced that its Executive Chairman and substantial shareholder, Tan Sri Dr Lim Wee Chai, acquired 2.0 million ordinary shares on Jun, 23 2026, raising his direct stake to 2,335,302,456 shares, or 29.125 % of the company’s issued share capital.

Following this purchase, Tan Sri Dr Lim’s total interest—combining direct and deemed holdings—now stands at 3,072,206,404 shares, comprising 29.125 % direct and 9.19 % indirect interests.

The indirect portion of 736,903,948 shares is held through related parties, including his wife Puan Sri Tong Siew Bee, his brother Lim Hooi Sin, his son Lim Jin Feng, Firstway United Corp, Top Fortress Ventures Limited and TS Dr Lim WC (L) Foundation.
