NEW SILKROAD (00472) announced that compared to the net loss attributable to owners of the company of approximately HK$51.947 million for the same period in 2024, the group expects the net loss attributable to owners of the company for the six months ended June 30, 2025 to be between approximately HK$38 million and HK$50 million. The expected reduction in the group's loss is mainly attributed to the absence of disposal losses of subsidiaries in the same period of 2025 compared to the same period in 2024, as well as no contribution from the entertainment business of disposed subsidiaries that generated losses.
