CapitaLand Ascott Trust announced the issuance of 1,179,514 new stapled securities at 0.9275 Singapore dollars apiece to CapitaLand Ascott Trust Management Limited as payment for the divestment fee related to the sale of Citadines Central Shinjuku Tokyo.

The new securities bring the total number of stapled securities in issue to 3,826,122,478, with the manager now holding 11,209,330 units, or about 0.292 per cent of the total.

Under the terms of the REIT trust deed, the manager is entitled to receive stapled securities equivalent to 0.5 per cent of the enterprise value of the divestment.

The issuance was completed on Oct, 15 2025.
