Company Updates

In company-specific news, Henan Dayou Energy Co., Ltd. has released a response announcement to the 2025 annual report inquiry letter from the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The announcement addressed several key points: (1) The company acknowledged a high risk associated with large related-party receivables but stated it has made full provision for bad debts. It also affirmed that related-party procurement and a 1% annualized guarantee fee are priced fairly, with no improper transfer of benefits. (2) The company is facing challenges including continuous losses and a rising asset-liability ratio, leading to prominent short-term debt repayment and liquidity pressures. It plans to mitigate these risks through structural adjustments, recovering overdue payments, and improving quality and efficiency. (3) Recent capital expenditures were deemed essential for core operations. Fluctuations in projects under construction were attributed to planning and accounting adjustments. A significant increase in other receivables from trade activities was due to customer defaults, and the company has implemented new control regulations to prevent future risks.
