GULF DEV TH SDR 1TO1 announced a final cash dividend for holders of its Singapore Depository Receipts (SDRs). The net dividend has been set at Thai Baht 2.89575 per SDR, based on the 1:1 ratio between the underlying shares and the SDRs.

After conversion at an exchange rate of 24.89424 Thai baht per Singapore dollar, the final net dividend amounts to SGD 0.11632 per SDR.

Key dates for the distribution are as follows: the SDRs will trade ex-dividend on Mar, 03 2026, with a record date of Mar, 04 2026. Payment to SDR holders is scheduled for May, 13 2026.

The gross dividend was THB 3.25000 per SDR, subject to a 10 % withholding tax of THB 0.32500 and a corporate action fee of THB 0.02925, resulting in the disclosed net amount.
