Deep Source Holdings Limited (formerly known as Theme International Holdings Limited, Stock Code: 990) announced a positive profit alert for the twelve months ended 31 December 2025. Net profit is expected to reach approximately HK$840.00 million, an increase of around 468.00 million compared to about 372.00 million in the previous year, representing growth of approximately 126%.

According to the announcement, the higher net profit is primarily attributed to stable performance in the Group’s distribution, trading, and processing segment as well as its financial services segment, alongside an increase in the sharing of profits of associates. Additionally, the previous year’s results included a provision for losses of around 167.46 million related to suspected misappropriation of funds in a non-wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore.

The full annual results are anticipated to be released by the end of March 2026. Shareholders and potential investors are urged to exercise caution in share transactions.
