China Tianrui Automotive Interiors Co., Ltd (Stock Code: 6162) announced an updated board of directors, effective 24 October 2025. The new board comprises two Executive Directors—Ms. Zhang Jingrong and Mr. Zou Weidong—and three Independent Non-executive Directors—Mr. Zhu Hongqiang, Mr. Zhou Genshu, and Mr. Chen Geng.
