Qingsong Health (ASX: 02661) has announced the signing of a three-year strategic cooperation memorandum with Basel Medical Group Limited (Nasdaq: BMGL).

The collaboration, established on June 10, 2026, is founded on the group's proprietary Zhengyuanfang•MedClaw medical AI collaboration system and AIcare technology stack, along with its extensive experience in implementing AI health solutions.

The primary objective of this partnership is to foster a two-way development process involving both technology export and iterative technological enhancement.

Both parties concur that integrating Qingsong Health's validated health AI infrastructure with Basel Medical's clinical settings and market access in Southeast Asia will facilitate the intelligent upgrade of regional healthcare services.

This synergy is also expected to create new market opportunities for both entities.

The initial plan involves utilizing the group's AIcare technology stack as a foundation to support Basel Medical in implementing AI-native upgrades for its medical services across Southeast Asia.
