On 30 April 2026, Beijing Enterprises Holdings Limited announced the release of its 2025 Annual Report, Circular, Notice of Annual General Meeting, Proxy Form, and 2025 Sustainability Report.

Both English and Chinese versions of these documents are now available on the company’s website (www.behl.com.hk) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders can locate the materials under “Investor Relations” (sub-sections “Financial Reports”, “Announcements”, and “Circulars”) and “Sustainability Report” on the company site, or via the “Listed Company Information” section of HKEXnews.

Shareholders who previously elected online access but encounter difficulties, or those wishing to obtain printed copies in either language, may complete Part A of the enclosed Request Form and submit it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 392-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be provided free of charge.

Investors may also change their preferred method or language of receiving future corporate communications at any time by completing Part B of the same form or by emailing the registrar.

The company’s 2025 Sustainability Report can likewise be viewed online, with printed copies available on request to the registrar.
