The company plans to participate as a limited partner in the Xiamen Shidai Shenyuan Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), aiming to leverage professional expertise and resource advantages to broaden its investment channels and boost overall corporate value.

The partnership has a total committed capital of approximately RMB 4.9 billion. LENS will contribute RMB 200 million from its own funds, representing a 4.0816% share of the partnership's total commitments.

Recently, the company signed the partnership agreement for the fund with Xiamen Puquan Private Equity Fund Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) and other limited partners. The fund's primary objective is to engage in permitted equity investment activities, safeguarding the interests of all partners while generating returns through strategic investment operations.
