Yuk Wing Group (01536) announced that on January 21, 2026 (after business hours), the company, as the tenant, entered into a lease agreement with the landlord, The Centre (65) Limited, for the premises.

The premises comprise the entirety of Office 6505-11 and a portion of Office 6503 located on the 65th floor of The Center at 99 Queen's Road Central, Central, Hong Kong.

The terms of the lease, including the monthly basic rent, were determined through fair negotiation between the parties, taking into account the prevailing economic conditions in Hong Kong and the current market rental rates for comparable properties in the vicinity.

The Group intends to use the premises in the future as its headquarters and showroom in Hong Kong.

The larger floor area of the premises will be sufficient to meet the Group's operational needs and is conducive to future business expansion and growth.
