Top Glove Corporation Bhd reported that substantial shareholder Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) (KWAP) disposed of 3.94 million ordinary shares in the company on Oct, 7 2026 through an open-market transaction executed by its fund manager.

Following the sale, KWAP’s direct holdings remain at 442.70 million shares, representing 5.521 % of Top Glove’s issued share capital. Its indirect or deemed interest stands at 48.54 million shares, or 0.605 %. In total, KWAP now controls 491.25 million Top Glove shares.
