PRADA (01913) has declared a final dividend of EUR 0.17 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, subject to shareholders’ approval on 30 April 2026. The dividend is planned to be paid on 19 May 2026, with the ex-dividend date set for 06 May 2026 and the record date on 08 May 2026.

The dividend will be distributed net of the current 26% Italian withholding tax on all shares registered in the section of the Company’s Hong Kong share register. Shareholders eligible for a reduced tax rate may seek to recover any excess tax through the relevant refund procedures with the Italian Revenue Agency.
