CN SCI-TECH IND (00339) has announced a leadership transition within its board, with changes taking effect on August 21, 2026.

Mr. Mo Haoming has formally stepped down from his role as independent non-executive director, and concurrently relinquished his positions as chairman of the audit committee, chairman of the nomination committee, and member of the remuneration committee. These resignations will be effective from August 21, 2026.

In a parallel move, Mr. Lam Wong Fai has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, also effective August 21, 2026. Alongside his directorship, Mr. Lam has assumed the responsibilities of chairman of the audit committee, chairman of the nomination committee, and member of the remuneration committee, filling the vacancies left by Mr. Mo's departure.
