Zhou Hei Ya repurchases 0.73 million shares for HK$1.09 million; 23.27 million shares awaiting cancellation

Zhou Hei Ya International Holdings Company Limited disclosed in its 8 May 2026 Next Day Disclosure Return that it bought back 727,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on the same day. The shares were repurchased within a price band of HK$1.46–HK$1.52, for a total consideration of HK$1.09 million.

The transaction lifted the cumulative repurchases conducted since 27 March 2026 but not yet cancelled to 23.27 million shares, equal to about 1.10% of the company’s 2.11 billion issued shares. Despite the ongoing buy-backs, the registered share capital remained unchanged at 2,112.90 million shares as of 8 May 2026 because the repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled.

Under the general mandate approved on 16 May 2025, Zhou Hei Ya is authorised to repurchase up to 215.97 million shares. As of 8 May 2026, the company has repurchased 56.15 million shares under this mandate, representing 2.60% of the issued share capital on the date the mandate was granted.

A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or transfers of treasury shares applies through 7 June 2026 in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules.
