Hengdeli Holdings Limited released a notification to registered shareholders on 6 October 2026 confirming that its circular, notice, and proxy form for the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) have been published in both English and Chinese. The materials are now accessible on the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (www.hengdeligroup.com).
The board, chaired by Mr. Cheung Wing Lun Tony, emphasized that shareholders experiencing difficulties in accessing the online documents may request printed copies at no cost through the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.
Key operational update: Hengdeli has formally adopted an electronic dissemination model for all future corporate communications, covering directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars, and proxy forms. Henceforth, both language versions will be provided exclusively online, replacing routine hard-copy distribution.
To ensure seamless access, shareholders are urged to supply a functional email address. They can do so by either scanning a personalized QR code on the enclosed reply form or returning the signed form to the share registrar. Without a valid email, investors will not receive release notifications and must independently monitor the company and HKEX websites.
Shareholders preferring physical documents may opt in by marking the relevant box on the reply form or emailing hengdeliholdings.ecom@computershare.com.hk. This paper-copy instruction remains valid for one year from the date of receipt.
For enquiries, investors can contact Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services at +852 2862 8688 during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.
