ICO GROUP (01460) announced that on September 26, 2025, the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Yang Ke Limited plans to subscribe to 34,479 preferred shares in Weitu AI Inc for a consideration of US$3 million.

Upon completion of the subscription, the company intends to implement a comprehensive plan to integrate the issuer's artificial intelligence capabilities into its business operations, particularly in: (a) information technology application and solution development services; and (b) information technology infrastructure solution services.

The directors believe that once the subscription is executed, the issuer's mature artificial intelligence technology and innovative business model will generate synergistic benefits for the group's business operations. Leveraging the issuer's technology, the company can develop innovative artificial intelligence service platforms for customers, delivering highly efficient services.
