Agile Group has released its latest operational data. In May 2026, the combined presale amount for the group, its joint ventures, associates, and real estate projects managed and sold under the "Agile" brand reached approximately 650 million yuan.

The corresponding gross floor area sold was about 58,000 square meters, with an average price of 11,193 yuan per square meter.

For the cumulative period from January to May 31, 2026, the aggregate presale amount totaled roughly 2.98 billion yuan.

This figure represents a decrease of 29.72% compared to the same period last year.

The total gross floor area presold during these five months was approximately 281,000 square meters, with an average price of 10,634 yuan per square meter.
