Bukit Sembawang Estates Limited said on Jul, 08 2026 that Mr Koh Poh Tiong will retire as a director at the conclusion of the company’s Annual General Meeting to be held on Jul, 31 2026.

Mr Koh will step down voluntarily to facilitate board renewal. Upon his retirement, he will relinquish his positions as Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee, as well as his memberships on the Audit and Risk Management Committee and the Project Development Committee.

The Board stated that it is reviewing the composition of its committees and will announce any changes in due course. Additional information required under Singapore Exchange Rule 704(7) has been provided in separate filings on the same date.
